Has no compassion for the injured, is easy to take a bad deal and if he has to speak to the other sides attorney he charges extra for negotiations which is +15%. I've used him twice and both times I got a poor deal. Someone has to pay for that high-rise my bad .I can put my name out so you remember who I am if you want through here.

I was dealing with a music royalty dispute for YEARS where I couldn't get the artist or label to pay me. I was referred to Frank McNally who handled a case for my friend's car accident. I didn't know what to do but when I made the call, Mr. McNally and his staff were so good at putting me at ease, they were always available and patient with me when I called, which was often, and I was VERY pleased with the outcome. I was in a state of panic when it happened! I was so relieved and glad I have talked to Mr. McNally. He thoroughly explained everything. After I expressed my desire and intention to hire his firm, he sent an investigator to work with me. The investigator was extremely thorough, pleasant to deal with. It made me feel that I had someone on my side. It was bad enough I was in pain. I was glad someone took over and took care of the bills for me. The result was very comforting. Worst law office I've ever used. Filed a small claims suit and prepared all documents for a car accident and they made mistakes all over. Defendant had reversed out of private driveway to Main Street and Tboned me. The law office never reviewed any of the doctors paperwork that were filled with mistakes and incorrect paperwork. Their paperwork claimed a completely different account of the accidents and even included paperwork that had nothing to do with the case causing me my suit, don't waste your time here because they will give you the run around after your claim has been denied. I've been unable to reach the attorney since having my claim denied. Don't waste your time here with this office, they can't even get a simple open and shut case taken care of when I clear had right of way and arbitration had already put the other party a fault.

At a busy intersection I was T-boned by a hit and run driver. The car was a wreck and my 10 year old daughter was with me. They hit me dead on my door. I called McNally and McNally. Frank and Angie took care of me. Was sent to a body shop, was sent to a chiropractor, and they took my case within a day or so. Very fast response time. The car was taking care of, they followed with my insurance company to replace the car seat I had for my younger child, and got me a pretty good settlement. They always had an answer when I called and always returned my calls within a reasonable time. I strongly recommend these guys. Thanks again Frank (the attorney) and Angie (the paralegal).
