DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS!! Especially Arin Khodaverdan. I was in a car accident on July 24, 2023. It was basically an open and shut case as the party at fault admitted she was responsible. I read Arin's Profile on his webpage and it Said that he had settled Multiple cases for Millions of dollars In thirty days or less. An absolute straight out LIE!! But I did not Know it at the time. So when I got on the phone with him He told me that 3 things would happen by end of day. One a rental car would be DELIVERED to my house at no cost to me, and a Spine specialist and physical therapist would call me by end of day. It was 8am. At 4:30 pm nothing had happened so I phoned him back. He then informed me I would have to rent my own car and make my own appointments. Is a huge red flag. But I continued with them, I can only. Estimate that I called them over a hundred times . What This should have been an open and shut case turned into a nightmare. But it's what they did to me at the end.That's got me very upset. My insurance paid off on June 24 2024. The party at faults insurance paid off on July 9 2024 final payoff. It took them forty eight days to finish my case when they had all the information. The reason why they did this is because in the contracts he writes He states that after sixty days Of final pay off you have to pay him forty percent instead of thirty percent. So they used my first pay off Is as the time period. My final payoff was in july and they finally called me August 27, 2024 3 Days after the sixty day period for my first pay off. He took forty percent close to 6,000 Did I believe he straight out stole from me I have contacted the california bar association and filed A complaint on him in addition to The better business bureau. This guy has no consensus and a crook. He will tell you lies.His staff will lie to you too.And I cannot stress enough.How awful the whole situation was and is. I am not giving up.I want my money back. I wouldn't believe one word on his profile for his business.On the webpage.It's probably all lies. I would highly unrecommend this service and business.He is everything That encapsulates The worst you can think of lawyers. Sincerely Joyce Smith
