My fiancé and I hired Mark to mediate our prenuptial agreement. He helped us develop the agreement together from the very start. Mark has a natural ability to understand each person's desires and the emotions that are driving those desires, and then help to mediate to a common ground. Both my fiancé and I left Mark's office feeling GOOD after having spent many hours discussing topics that were by nature very emotionally charged. Making the choice to develop a prenuptial agreement together with your partner in mediation will set you up for a successful process. I highly recommend Mark; his process works.

My mother passed away earlier this year and since Mark had drawn up her living trust I felt it made sense to go to him for all the final paper work and ultimately a will of my own. He was exceedingly kind and easy to talk to and very promptly and thoroughly took care of everything for what I thought was a reasonable price. He took a lot of time to explain everything and let me know what all my options were. I can totally see how he would be an excellent mediator!!
