So you caught a case. You're worried about how you're going to pay for an attorney , how long you will sit in jail, how much your bond will be, and what life will be like after court. I was there too. I had talked to so many attorneys on free consults and it was always the same "pitch". They would use words to make me even more worried and overwhelmed by the whole mess. Fear was the tool they used most to try and get me to sign up with them. Some were rude. I had one laugh at me for not acting on the case sooner. They would always ask how much money or credit i had. That is understandeable. They wanted to "qualify" the sale and see if i was a good fit for their time and budget. The prices that these attorneys quoted me were way out of my budget. I assumed if i wanted the best i had to to pay the most. I assumed if they had a receptionist  take my number with a promise to call back then that meant  they were so busy they must be really good. Some never called back. I fell through the cracks on a simple follow up call with these "busy" attorneys. I dodged the bullet of neglect with these busy attorneys. Eventually i found Ann. She listened and asked questions. She never spoke in the way the other attorneys did. She never tried to scare me into taking action. She looked at everything objectively and educated me along the way through the whole process. She met me where i was on all levels. She was easy to get a hold of. She never lied. She painted the best case scenario and worst case scenario along the way. I always look for someone who has at least 10 years in their profession. That is a sign of Mastery for me.  Ann has more than that under her belt. Her prices and payment plans were  very reasonable. I would not blame her if she had to start raising prices. Your results may vary. I had a case dismissed on a very complicated case. I wish you the best. You are in good hands with Ann. Much better hands than with a public "pretender" . I mean public defender. Get with Ann and get that weight off your shoulders.

I was looking for an Attorney and called the California State Bar, they referred me to three different Attorneys. One of them was Ms. Ann Gottesman when I spoked to Ms. Gottesman, she made me feel very comfortable giving me that sense of peace. I was not wrong about this, throughout the time of my case she was always there to take my calls to answer all my concerns. She always returned my calls. I was never given the run around. She is a true professional and always took the time to explain my case. If you are looking for an Attorney, you are definitely in the right hands.

A year ago, I was involved in a hit-and-run (I was the one hit) and officers came to the scene only to arrest me for suspicion of a DUI. With my profession on the line, I had no option but to get a lawyer. I chose Ann Gottesman after my partner and I read some of her reviews online. When I contacted her, she was sincere in her sympathy for my situation and VERY HELPFUL prior to me making a commitment to her as my lawyer. Once I chose Ms. Gottesman as my lawyer, she took care of several of the confusing steps that needed to be taken in order for me to get my license back and drive ASAP. Additionally, she patiently guided me through the process of tasks I needed to complete independently, so I could increase the odds of beating my case. Ann did a great job of communicating the reality of my situation while being reassuring and positive. I was appreciative of her approach because dealing with a DUI is mentally taxing (especially during a pandemic). After a year of having my case pushed back, Ann was able to get my motion heard by a judge to get a dismissal; despite her recognizing that it was a long shot. Thanks to Ann’s expertise, I was able to get a very favorable outcome for my case. Ann’s professionalism, compassion, and dedication towards me and my situation, got me through a dreadful year and a half. I could not be more grateful to have chosen Ann as my lawyer. It was one of the luckiest choices we have ever made. I truly can’t imagine a better lawyer suited to take on a person’s case.

I am super grateful for Ms. Gottesman. I knew from the moment we spoke over the phone that she was the lawyer for me. I called around before I found Ann. Every lawyer previous to speaking with her was not very optimistic about my possibilities. Also they were charging a very step rate. Ann right away empathized during times like these and negotiated a very fair price. She was very optimist, energetic, and positive. I really felt she was going to fight for me. She gave me all the steps I need to take and educated me about the process. Ann was able to get my entire case closed with a very tough judge. She has great relationships in Pasadena and is well respected. I couldn’t of asked for a better lawyer that really does do her job and works for her Clients.

When a loved one was in need of an attorney, being led to Michele was a gift. She is one of the most personable attorneys that you can meet, someone you feel like you have been friends with for years. Her courtroom presence and trial tactics are so professional and remarkable. So much so, that as we stood briefly in the hallway during a short break, a woman approached us and apologetically interrupted us to ask Michele for her name and number. This woman had a hearing to follow us, and she was so impressed with Michele’s abilities and courtroom tactics, that she told us she was going to ask the judge for a continuance so that she could contact Michele for her services. Thank you, Michele, for such dedication and support during this process. Conclusion… we won the case!

I have nothing but high compliments for Ann Gottesman! I made the mistake of getting a DUI. Without going into great detail...Lets just say I made the right choice by hiring Ann! She is very knowledgeable of the law and talks quick and with great confidence. She had everyone back peddling big time! Thank you Ann Gottesman! I retained Ann Gottesman to represent and defend me after being charged with a misdemeanor. This charge would have had very serious implication on my professional career; it was going to adversely affect my abilities in pursuing any professional advancement and potential job offers. Ann Gottesman was not only able to achieve a miraculous result, but also fought vigorously to have the charge commuted to a much lesser charge and worked even harder to have it expunged.
