This is the second time that I have worked with Scott and this man can make miracles happen. The first time Sott helped was when my sons mother and I were ordered to take a PPA and the courts were trying to take most of my access away from my son, but Scott was able to turn the tables by bringing up some good points about me having my son in sports. Scott was able to emphasize this and got my access modified so I did not loose any time away from my son. My sons mother was trying to take all custody away from me and Scott saved the day for me and for my son. Scott is the real deal my friends!!! I was just in court again this last week and hired Scott to represent me in getting true 50/50 ustody of my son and despite my sons mom slandering me in anybway she can, Scott was able to turn this around in a matter of one day and got me the results I have been looking for for the last 3 years now. Thank You Scott. You will always be a hero to those that need your help.

Don got my speeding ticket dismissed and I had to do nothing! Don kept me posted thru out the entire process via email. I am extremely pleased with how Scott has performed. Scott is experienced and knowledgeable; however, I find that his awareness and savvy are, at times, extremely valuable. Things have not gone perfectly during my hearings, but Scott has been able to communicate effectively with opposing counsel, maintain a good rapport with the judge and court clerks, etc. The thing I appreciate most about Scott is that he spends a lot of time explaining the process to me, as well as the things I should think about when attempting to settle. I have a checklist of things to do, and I feel that it's manageable. Although I hope to settle, I'm completely comfortable referring Scott to anyone who is interested in going through this process correctly.

Scott Kosner, to me is one of the best attorneys out there. i had hired an attorney to handle my divorce and it was taking for ever to end things got complicated and my other attorney was the one who referred me to Scott knowing he would be the only one able to get me out of the mess with a satisfactory result. that spoke very highly of Scott being referred as one of the best so i hired him and the results where better than i had expected. I find my self in a possible situation that I might need to hire him again and he is such an honest attorney that he explained to me that I might be able to handle the situation alone unless I didn't feel comfortable. with that said. I highly recommend him.

Scott Kosner is an excellent attorney. He is a genuine man and helped me with my case. He knows what he is doing and you can tell he’s been doing this for 25 years. I told him exactly what I wanted with my custody and visitation case and he delivered. I am satisfied with the agreement he helped me reach with my daughter’s mother.
