It was my first offense ever, and sometimes people do mistakes. I was pulled over on Valentines Day and charged with a dui, and in possession of a concealed weapon. Without any bias Simon Aval personally gave me a consultation, and basically broke down the possible outcome, and a game plan. Sure you can take your chances with a public Defender, but you can only hope that they will carry the professionalism, patience, and transparency that Attorney Simon Aval had with me during my trial.
