Excellent lawyer for traffic and injury cases.

I was guilty as s#!t. Pretty much red handed. No real defense that could hold up anywhere. Finally day or reckoning came. Two options 16months or trial and looking at 6 to 8 for priors and fed convict. My girl said he is the s__t so I went with trial. Some how he found the smallest detail at prelim. Once his hook sink in and cop bit the case was ours. He chewed cop up and spit her out for lying on stand. Thanks Phil, Tim and Mary Jane

I spent countless hours researching, vetting, and interviewing attorneys following my DUI incident. Unfortunately, too many DUI attorneys prey on the uninformed with fear tactics and unrealistic promises. A close family friend who works as a Public Defender forwarded me several referrals that ultimately ended with "Richard Hutton - he's expensive, but he's the best." After meeting Rich in person, I understood exactly what she meant and retained him for my case. I can confidently say that I made the right decision. Rich's rapport with the DAs and staff was evident at every court appearance. When the situation felt hopeless, he worked relentlessly to come up with a creative resolution. It was a painful experience to go through, but in hindsight I don't think it could have worked out any better. Nothing is guaranteed, but you are doing yourself a huge disservice if you are charged with a DUI in SoCal and don't spend the time to at least consult with Richard Hutton. Best of luck.

I hired Mr. Phil Daroca, I had 3 drunk drivings. I thought forsure I was going to jail, lose my driving privilege, and lose my job due to going to jail. Mr. Phil Daroca went to court over and over for me. He won my case. I got the dui but no jail time, just 90 days house arrest and was able to keep my job. He is wonderful I really thought I was going to jail for a year. I am so pleased with him and his law firm. They really did fight for me. I've known him since I was 17 years old I was triuble making kid and He was my guardian angel he took pity on me and help me turn my already guilty plea and conviction with the state prison sentenced and turned it into nothing less than a miracle he made it so I never had to go to court again I did not have to go to prison and he only did it for me once he did it through twice out of Burbank courts Who are notoriously tough Or than cover all aspects of law only criminal.... i've never met another lawyer as compitent or that I trusted as much
