He guided me every step of the way during the 3 1/2 years of my case, expertly level-setting my expectations. Very disappointed with this law firm . I was in a bike accident that left me with severe brain damage. Never went to court, was forced in to taken a small settlement that took over 6 years to get . My lawyer took 40% more than the 33 % that the law states a lawyer should get, that left me with under 2.000$ while my lawyer got 10.000. Now I have Brain damage for the rest of my life. I can never work again , my doctor has informed me that my life span as a result of my brain injury will be shortened significantly, and under 2.000$ is what I received as a settlement. There was a lot of things my lawyer could have done to get me more money ,like only take 33% which the law states a lawyer should get, could have fought harder in court , but my case never went to court, could have fought harder with my insurance to not let then take 8.000% from my settlement , I don't what my lawyer did to help me in my case, because getting a hold of him on the phone was near impossible, when I did speak with him all I got was a lot of B.S. and he said he would call me back in a few days with answers, but months would go by with no call back. My lawyer was Sam Solameny at DeWitt, Algorri, & Algorii , Thanks for nothing.

2013 was hit by a car In a crosswalk received several injurys , broken ribs collapsed lung broken wrist witch now has two titanium screws holding it together , broken shoulder, never fixed broken right orbital, concussion,man who hit me took responsible for his actions it took 7 years of pain and suffering to end up with Nothing . these people did nothing for me.ZERO ! All they did was see how much money they could get.not for me. greed and egos is all that kept them going.i would not recommend that you have these greedy sharks handle your case. Remember it took Seven years for them to do absolutely nothing for me.

I was in an accident (car vs motorcycle). Me being the one on the motorcycle. I ended up in the er with lots of soft tissue damage. I got in touch with the law firm DeWitt Algorri and Algorri. Ernie Algorri helped me personally. He helped with all the medical and physical therapy. When I needed to give a deposition he picked me up and took me to it. He did everything I needed a good lawyer to do. He advised me, and gave me choices which lead to a favorable outcome for me.
