Jonathan and his team are top-notch. Their knowledge, compassion, and commitment to justice makes them number one if anyone I know needs an employment law attorney referral. Even though they are a busy office, I never felt rushed or that my needs weren't being addressed. He also took the time to explain all my options and I left our conversations feeling empowered. I consulted with Jonathan and he was very helpful. He gave me honest opinions about the potential direction my case could go and gave it to me straight so I would have realistic expectations. I really appreciated that. He even offered to explain some legal documents to me so I have a better understanding of the situation. He’s experienced and knows his stuff but also cares for the average person who may feel intimidated going against a corporate team. You can’t go wrong having someone like that on your side.

The experience with EFLL was beyond fantastic. Mr. LaCour and his assistant were helpful, timely and very responsive to my questions. Mr. LaCour took the time to review and explain the documents section by section. I appreciated the way in which my experience was validated and how throughout the guidance was. Based on previous reviews with 'Employees First Labor Law', I reached out to the firm regarding queries on a severance agreement from my previous employer and received an immediate response from Jonathan. The preliminary introduction meeting was very reassuring and professional. I sent my agreement for review and the follow-up meeting was very informative.
