I have known Jonathan for a long time. I hoped to never have to go to him for legal help. But unfortunately my job was bought out by another company and the new company wasn't honoring the agreement we had in place. I asked Jonathan what we could do about it. He let me know that he had a referral for me since he wasn't familiar with the type laws for the work I do. I was looking for some guidance regarding an employee agreement with my new company and Mr. LaCour was wonderful! I emailed him the agreement and amazingly within a few hours, he responded. It turns out there were a couple things included in the agreement that could have allowed the company to possibly take advantage of me, but Jonathan was quick to point those out and recommended some adjustments. If you have an employee agreement that sounds sketchy, give them a call and they'll get back to you very quickly. Thank you Jonathan!
