In April 2015 I was involved in a car accident. I was crossing the intersection when I was struck by a vehicle that failed to yield. My SUV was a total loss and unfortunately I severed a right ankle fracture. I was in the hospital for about eight hours then released in a splint unable to walk. A couple of days pass but knowing I had to call the insurance. I called the other drivers insurance to file a claim but it was the worst process ever. I thought I was able to handle the insurance claim I my own but I was wrong. My first offer for my bodily injury claim was 1,500 which I couldnt believe how they got that number knowing my ankle was broken. So I denied their offer. A week passed then they offered 2,000.I was still in disbelieve. They told me that they weren't going anymore than 2,000. I shouldn't have but I just hung up the phone. I was like how is that even possible. I called a couple of relatives to see if they knew of someone, I was referred to the law offices of Gabriel Pimental. I spoke to him myself so to me it made me feel more comforting knowing it's his law office. I told him about what had happened when I called the insurance myself and he told me not to worry about nothing, he said just focus on getting better. Mr. Pimental was caring, professional, and prompt. I really thought it would've talen a couple a weeks or month to hear back from him but within a week he called and told me the great news how he got me the maximum policy limit of the other drivers insurance $15,000. Plus the property damage to my vehicle. I got the property damage check withing two weeks. I got my bodily Injury check after I was done treating but it was well worth it. In September 2014, I sought Mr. Pimentel as my legal representation in a discrimination case against a (well known) hospital in Southern California. He has represented me in a previous case, as well, with positive outcome. In the most recent case, I was discriminated by the hospital due to my medical disability and was not given employment. I presented my situation to Mr. Pimentel and he worked on the case for about a year. He gathered information during the initial intake, and contacted me throughout the case via email, and phone calls for additional information or paperwork. Mr. Pimentel is to the point, explanatory, calm, and listens. He gives the opportunity in each contact to ask questions and gives any clarifications in regards to the case. He uses examples of cases that are similar to your case, which allows you to understand what outcomes may be possible. Mr. Pimentel does not shy during depositions and will represent you with a strong suit. He has a confident demeanor, which gave me comfort in knowing I had a lawyer who represents my best interest. My negative comment would be the legal secretary/paralegals that I had to work with at his previous firm, which Mr. Pimentel had no control of. I could only hope that he hires legal staff that are thorough, polite, and consistent as he is at his new firm. And, who have positive attitude when addressing clients. Overall, my experience with Mr. Pimentel was positive. I was treated with respect, given the chance to explain my situation, and was delivered real outcomes.

My husband and I were in an automobile accident; rear ended in our week-old minivan. We sustained neck and back injuries as a result of the impact. With Mr. Pimental on our side, our car was repaired, we received chiropractic and acupuncture treatment for our injuries which were paid by the insurance company of the driver who hit us. We are very thankful for Mr. Pimental's prompt attention and expertise.

Gabriel is an excellent attorney always on top of the case. He helped in my case which was a but complicated to resolve but he did everything to help me and he did.

STAY AWAY This guy is the worst unethical laywer you will find. The reason is cheap is because he doesnt know what he is doing. He will sink your case in a blink of an eye and you will not be refunded. In my case he did not summon any evidence I provide him, at least 5 of them could have lean the case 100% on my favor BEWARE dont make a lifetime mistake

As someone who has been divorced twice, I believe my opinion has value. Mr. Landeros is a good attorney. He looks out for your best interest and guides you through the process. I know from other clients of his that he gives them tips on how to cut some of the legal costs by educating them and making them aware of all the options they have.
