PLEASE READ: Ruben was recommended to me from a friend after I got in an accident two years ago. I did not use his services then but I kept him in mind. I can honestly say that I could not have found anyone better to have helped me on my recent accident that happened on the freeway. The collision was terrible, I was at a stop on the freeway and a family of five hit the back of my brand new leased BMW. I was absolutely terrified to say the least because the driver used me to stop the car since his brakes were not working but once I saw the cops showed up I knew I had to call a lawyer and I remembered the recommendation from a friend of mine and called him. I didn't know if he was going to take my call but I tried him anyway. I was desperate. He answered the phone very politely and did not hesitate one second. He showed up to the scene in less than 20 minutes!! I don't know if I was just lucky but I was shocked. By the time the tow trucks moved us to a safe area on the street Ruben pulled up behind us. The first thing he did was come to me and ask if I was ok. He realized I was still in a little shock and asked me to take a breath and told me everything will be fine and he will handle the situation. By his attentiveness I knew then that I had made a great decision and I could trust him. I never had a good perspective when it came to attorneys but now that I have worked with Ruben, my mind has been changed completely. He was very quick and caring about everything and even when we were hitting a wall he found a solution. If you have read up to this point and still are skeptical about hiring Ruben and his team. I would like for you to take a leap of faith. I am very picky about who I choose to work with and refer out to others. Anyone who asked me about the incident, asked how my lawyer handled my case and with a big smile on my face I could finally say I did not have to lift a finger and that the entire process was explained to me step by step and I never had to call him for an update because he would communicate with me even if there wasn't much to talk about. I am beyond grateful for everything he has done for me and how smoothly he handled everything and I will recommend him to all of my friends, family and co-workers. Ruben, you have a customer for life! Thank you again for everything!!!
