I found Daniela to be professional, caring, personable and who genuinely cares about you and your case. Even though I was unable to retain her services for financial reasons, she still offered suggestions and guidance throughout the process and offered her availability with any questions I may have going forward. While I didn’t work directly with Daniela, she and her assistant Renee took the time to ask me about my case and send resources to help. I was having trouble with the EDD and received a notice of overpayment. I contacted an EDD agent, my local assemblymen and consulted with two attorneys to ask questions and get clarity on the matter. My advice is don’t be afraid to ask questions, most people are willing to help. Daniela was one of them.

My wife and I consulted with and then hired Daniela and her staff to secure a Chapter 7 discharge of massive credit card debt.
