DRUG AGGRAVATE FELONY VACATED I had a felony for posession of sales "Rock Cocaine " since 1995 in Norwalk Superior Court, one of the toughest courts in Southern California. In 2006 and 2015 i hired an Attorney to Vacate my case, but was denied both times I thought my life was over. In 2018, I went on line and found Mr. Steve Escobar criminal attorney at law, and by looking at his ratings i noticed that he had help people like me so i contacted him, after he review my case he told me that the court had violated my rights that we can fight that, if i wanted to but there was a 30% chance to VACATED the case and that was better than nothing and he also liked my case, he made me feel comfortable and believe once again. When the time came for a court day I was impressed by the way he preformed in court, he was professional, dedicated, and serious about my case and that's what separates him from other lawyers i thought, he postpone the case twice because the D.A. did not want to vacate my case but reduce to a misdemeanor which Mr. Escobar did not settle for that, on the last court date Mr. Escovar contacted my immigration Attorney and after he talked to him, we knew that a misdemeanor would still affect my immigration status; he fought to vacate my case, the ⁸court granted my case to VACATED in its entirety, withdrawn my GUILTY PLEA and dismissed all charges, i couldn't believe it after 25 years of having a felony it was VACATED 100% thanks to Mr. Escobar and for the money that i pay Mr. Escobar I felt like I owe him more, I cried and hugged in court told him thank you and he had just change my life. Now im the processing of my immigration papers!!! I don't know how to thank him enough, he is one of the best lawyers in southern California and a real CRIMINAL LAWYER. I hope this motivates people like me to try attorney Escobar if you have any felony drugs related charges or hard criminal cases, he will fight for you, he is professional in court and really dedicated to his clients, he doesn't settle for misdemeanors, he was dedicated to VACATE my criminal case and not to settle for anything less, due my to immigration status. Once again Thank you Mr. Escobar you chance my life for me and my family!!! My prayers always for you!!!!

In 2007 I pleaded no contest to two counts Penal Code 487 (a) and one count Penal Code 459. I served 2 years concurrently in state prison. After I got out of prison I completely turned my life around. I went back to school and got Job training and performed volunteer work. However, despite all of my positive contributions my past convictions continued to haunt me. Even though I served my time, paid my debt and changed my life for the better; I continued to have legal issues with immigration. And trouble getting good jobs. With regard to immigration, the consequences of my two year conversation was extremely serious. Immigration charged me with an aggravated felony which carries a mandatory penalty of PERMANENT bar from living in the U.S. I have been a permanent resident since I was 3y. this is my home! I desperately needed a post conviction relief, to solve my immigration problem. Before hiring Mr Escovar, I had attempted to get my charges reduced 3 prior times with 3 different attorneys without a shred of success. It was a total waste of time and money. I was running out of time! I never gave up hope and I prayed for a miracle. My prayers were answered when I found Attorney Steve Escovar on yelp. Mr. Escovar and his team did something that no other attorney EVER did before. He really listened to me and RESEARCHED my case. He knows the laws and was able to use new laws to my advantage. He worked hard to get me the post conviction relief that I needed. My hope was to, at best, get my charges reduced, Instead Mr. Escovar got ALL charges DISMISSED! I will never forget when the Judge said: “You now have a clean record “. I am still in amazement at what Mr. Escovar was able to do. And his pricing is more then reasonable. Thank you Mr Escovar and Ms Mateus for getting me out of what seemed like an impossible situation. UPDATE: December 2021 DHS dismissed the case against me. I highly recommend attorney Escovar, He treated us with respect and professionalism, he is very efficient , my husband’s case was from 25 yrs. ago we were surprised by all the charges the court had on my husband.
