I had the pleasure of dealing with Brenda Montes, whom I hired as my husband’s Immigration Attorney. Though she was highly recommended by a friend who also benefited from her professional services, my husband & I put our faith in her hands & professional knowledge to educate & assist us with the legal matter of obtaining “permanent/legal residence” (for my husband) not really knowing what the outcome will be. Brenda is a very professional detail oriented Law professional. In my case, i wasnt sure about my documentation, as i had my Immigration petition filed with my previous employer but it did not go well due to my project situation. Brenda, was very patiently listening about my previous case and gave me a confidence that the new application will not have any impact and she justified with every legal explanations. I cannot stop saying good things about this wonderful lawyer. She is honest, efficient, respectful, well organized and responsible in every way. She took my case when no other lawyer wanted to take it because it was almost impossible to win since it was not only an immigration case but also had penal connotations. She worked side by side with me and my family and the lawyers I had to hire at my home country, El Salvador, and the fact that she speaks fluent Spanish was very helpful. My case was very special due to the its complexity but she kept on going even when everything seemed lost. She got me a bond to get me out of the detention center I had been in for three months in a short period of working as my lawyer.
