My wife and I initially met with an assortment of lawyers and were dissatisfied. Brenda was recommended to us by my university and thank goodness. Brenda helped my wife get her Residency extremely fast. She also prepared my wife and I before our interview and was with us every step of the way. My partner and I recently had the privilege of working with Brenda Montes as our attorney on an immigration case. My partner is a Guatemalan citizen who was going through the process of obtaining a green card and permanent residence in the United States. I will start by saying the service and attention that we received from Brenda and her team was truly incredible. We could not have asked for a better attorney to guide us through the complex and complicated process. Brenda is an exceptional attorney who cares deeply about her clients and their cases. She is incredibly knowledgeable and well versed in immigration laws, she is thorough and ensures that her clients are completely prepared before they meet with immigration officials. Throughout our process, she made sure every detail was taken care of and nothing was overlooked. When we arrived in Guatemala for our interview, it became clear that we were beyond prepared, the immigration officer even commented on how much documentation we had and that we were ready with tax documents that many other people didn’t know would be required. We were comfortable during the interview and confident answering the questions they asked. We were a bit nervous going in, but because of the preparation with Brenda, it went smooth and was much easier than either of us had anticipated. There were a few follow-up things we had to do after the interview in order to obtain the final documentation. Brenda and her awesome assistant, Leslie, provided step-by-step instructions on how to get everything we needed. The hard work they put into our case was abundantly clear when we showed up for the interview in Guatemala. It’s a long process and can be stressful at times, but I’m so thankful that we had Brenda and Leslie to help us through it. I cannot say enough good things about our experience working with her team, and I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone else going through this process.

Brenda Montes, A five star review is not enough to explain about this name. I have never seen any attorney as promised and professional as her. She is a fighter and she knows how to win. Recently, she dealt my family case which was almost impossible to win. She worked so hard and won the case. I got my family back. Most important thing is, she has very deep feelings for the people and families who are struggling with immigration. I can guarantee that she is the safest hand for family cases in Southern California.

Brenda Montes has been an exceptional lawyer, she has been working really hard for my niece in court and outside of court.
