I spoke with Rick Fiege from this law firm after calling Many other firms who did not have any compassion for my situation in regards to my mother . My mom is 82 years old and I’ve been taking care of her for 13 years, due to a very dysfunctional family situation she was pulled away from Me and I was left alone to fight a conservatorship case with her boyfriend who has been absent . I have been devastated and sad with no help or direction but when I called this law firm and spoke with Rick he not only gave me a bit of direction but a sense of hope . He made it very clear that he wanted to do what he could do for me with no expectation and offering a helping hand to my situation, he spoke with me for a long time ,probably over an hour and gave me excellent advice . He also was very understanding and nonjudgmental due to the complex nature of an abusive family situation , and offered support and comfort rather than knocking me down and offering me a sense of hope . I have not met him personally but I feel comfortable calling him a friend, I highly recommend this law firm if you’re looking for someone to represent you Who has a heart and is compassionate towards your situation. Mrs. Graves was great! She came onboard when I needed her most. My original attorney was not doing his job. I hired him through my legal plan at work; and it was when we went to our first or second court hearing that I realized he did not know what he was doing. I went online to dig deeper into his background and found that he wasn't even a Divorce attorney. So needless to say Mrs. Graves and her team had lots of work to do, but they were up for the challenge. In the end I was able to walk away with a fair divorce settlement especially since I was the major bread winner in our household. So thank you Mrs. Graves for all the hard work you and your team does. I would highly recommend you to others going through a divorce.

If I could give them no stars I would. I was eager to work with this law firm based off of the reviews and the referral that I received. I payed the consult fee and spoke with a lawyer who was two hours late for the appointment, stated they scheduled the appointment for when she needed to pick up her son. I’m a mother so I understood, I gave her my situation and asked what should I do how could I fight it, and was essentially told I was lying. There had to be more to my story because it didn’t make sense. I’m already in a vulnerable state being that this case involves my child. And all I was asked was why I needed a lawyer and why I wanted to go back to court after a ruling was already made. They took their consult fee and never gave me a consult. I sent over documentation and was never responded to. I hope that this doesn’t happen to someone else I wasted $125 for a lawyer to say good luck and offer no assistance at all as if I was lying.

Sara was amazing! I appreciated the fact that she was always available when I needed reached out to her. I believe she even answered my phone call when she was at the grocery store! She made this processes so easy. She would call me with any updates. When dealing with o matters things are already a hassle so it really helps that the person representing you is there to help and that’s what she did. Thank you Sara.
