I hired Kyle after I was unhappy with the service with another attorney representing me in my divorce. Kyle displayed an immense knowledge of the law and all the issues we encountered. Kyle was always available to answer my questions and really made me feel valued and taken care of. Hiring Kyle was the best decision I've made, he was able to take the stress out of the my divorce and got me the custody of my son I was seeking. When you're starting a new LLC business it's nearly impossible to know all the risks and issues that might arise without a really competent and experienced attorney and Kyle is certainly that! He helped with our state filing, terms of service, risk management documentation and our operating agreement while guiding me one on one through the myriad of complex processes.
