Called today hoping to schedule a free consultation and was greatly surprised with how fast I was called back. The intake, follow up calls and fast email responses all amount to a great experience with them. Right now our case is stressful and speaking to the team made me and my family feel more comfortable which is a huge deal to us. Very respectful and willing to hear out all details prior to responding. Joseph is amazing! I remember the first time I met with him in his Pasadena Office. I was nervous because I injured myself at work and my employer refused to acknowledge their role in the situation. He immediately made me feel so comfortable as he accepted my case. He was very communicative throughout the entire process and explained everything to me in great detail as I do not know the law and this was my first time doing anything of this sort. He responds quickly and will always be available for a phone call. He fought long and hard and my employer finally settled. This incident took place in 2017, but he has still been fighting for me until this present day for additional funds that belong to me in which I was granted.
