Ben Galante showed compassion for what I had gone through, did not pass judgement, yet looked at my case objectively. He is very strategic and does not get rattled. I was able to go about my life while he handled the case and he only consulted with me when he needed to, so I truly didn't have to think about it every day. When things occurred that confused me, he explained things to me so I felt comfortable and informed. He made the witnesses feel comfortable as well and open to give information that truly helped the case. It was like having a good friend walk you through a tough time and take care of things.
