As a legal secretary, I would not recommend Pederson for anything that requires an attorney with the stomach for a fight; I discovered that I had wasted desperately needed funds on his retainer after warning him about what we were up against. He realized his error and tried to conceal it, which served to increase my damages, including leaving me homeless; another attorney salvaged part of the situation, which allowed me to successfully sue. The simple fact is that difficult cases are best handled by those more competent and proactive than Pederson proved to be, so be careful if you need more than what this average lawyer does.
