From start to finish, Dale was a 5 star experience all the way. On our first call, he thoroughly explained all of my options. He laid out for me exactly what I could expect. No judgment, no opinions, just facts. I could tell right away that he was someone with a wealth of knowledge and experience, and yet his disposition was simply of someone wanting to help. I called several law offices to discuss my options and get an estimate on pricing. Dale wasn't "the cheapest" but this isn't the type of thing you want to "go cheap" on - and I'm so glad I went with him. If you're in a tough spot, this is the place you want to reach out to. Mr. Gomes was very cordial and professional, and all-in-all rather a delight to deal with. After spending a year on pre-trial release, which entails a GPS ankle monitor, waiting for my court appointed attorney to prove that the laptop computer I had allegedly stolen was in fact my laptop, I got tired of waiting for El Dorado County Superior Court to provide me the legal representation that I deserved, and I decided to seek private council. About a month after hiring Mr. Gomes I was informed that the DA had finally decided to look into my claim that the victim was lying about the laptop, and although the laptop was released to the victims on the scene, after a year the DA finally contacted them and found out that they hadn't even turned it on, after having been released the laptop in the field last March 5th. So on February 19th of the following year, a matter of weeks after hiring Mr. Gomes, I attended court for the last time. All my charges except for trespassing were dropped that day, and finally I have this iShackle off my leg. If I complete a class in the next 90 days even the trespassing charge will be dropped, and I will have NO TAIL. I won't go into details but Mr. Gomes was confident enough of his ability to resolve this matter pre-trial and get the charges dropped before we even need go further that he offered me a reduced retainer fee in lieu of a reasonable fee to go to trial. Needless to say I was very comfortable agreeing to a larger fee in the event that I take it to trial - Mr. Gomes assured me there was likely no need to take it that far. And he was right. Thank you so much for helping me get my charges dropped. It's hard to know who to trust for good legal help in this county, but I found one of the good ones.

Dale definitely helped me out in my situation he is absolutely amazing and everybody on his staff is a top-notch professional I highly recommend them give him a call and talk to him He's an awesome dude. He is very thorough and a great guy to talk to, no BS and doesn't sugarcoat anything. If any military members see this review trust me he's the guy you want to call.

It's never a fun experience to need a lawyer. However, from the day I contacted Dale I felt relief from the stress and anxiety of my situation. Dale was very up front about what to expect and how the process was going to go. No false hopes(unlike other lawyers I had inquired with) just told me he was going to get me my best possible outcome for my situation, which he did. I had called multiple lawyers for a free advice session and ended up moving forward with Dale. After everything came to a close and I punched the numbers, the money I saved with him representing me pretty much covered his fee. He appeared for me on all dates needed, he did all the foot work, anytime I requested for him to see if there was something we could do regarding fines and so on he was more than willing to put me back on the schedule and make an attempt to get a better outcome (which he was almost always successful with). For my case it was a flat fee, there was no changes or upped fees even if it got extended. I was even set up with a very reasonable payment plan, which I was able to pay off before everything finalized. He even helped me with a different situation that was unrelated at no extra cost. I truly appreciate the peace of mind, willingness to help and the way he put my mind at ease. His staff/legal aids were also awesome and very friendly. No judgement, no b.s., no issues. Very glad I went with Dale and I would recommend him to anyone who asked.

Dale Gomes is one of the most talented trial lawyers I have ever observed. As a retired trial lawyer who made thousands of court appearances over the course of more than fifty years, I would confidently put Dale well into the top 10% of all trial practitioners I have known.
