I had the unfortunate experience of working with the Law Office of Jeffrey Hall, Inc in Pleasant Hill, CA, which was an absolute nightmare. Jeffrey himself proved to be incredibly unprofessional and unreliable throughout the entire process. He was impossible to reach in numerous instances, leaving me in constant frustration and uncertainty. But what truly shocked me was the level of dishonesty displayed by Jeffrey. Every promise he made seemed to be nothing more than a hollow lie. Creating trust with him turned out to be a decision I deeply regret. He failed to deliver on his commitments and left me feeling utterly betrayed by his false assurances. I strongly advise against using the services of the Law Office of Jeffrey Hall, Inc. If you make the unfortunate choice to work with him, be prepared for an agonizing experience filled with broken promises and unfulfilled expectations. It's clear that his priority is not providing quality legal services but rather stringing along clients with false hopes. In conclusion, my interaction with Jeffrey Hall was a textbook example of how not to run a law office. His unprofessionalism, lack of communication, and blatant dishonesty make him someone I would never recommend to anyone seeking legal assistance. I called several lawyers in the area, but Jeffrey was the only one who personally returned my call and provided great advice for my situation. Unfortunately, using a phone service to intake my case with two other offices did not feel professional and left me lacking confidence. Jeffrey, on the other hand, was prompt, knowledgeable, and broke down the process so I could better understand. He completed everything quickly and painlessly. I called Attorney Jeff hall for some questions regarding medi-cal for my mother. Even though she did not need long term care now, Attorney hall was excellent in explaining some of the statues, laws and what i should even do further down the road for my initial consultation. Will definitely go to him for any future needs in this matter.

Mr. Hall was patient and answered all of our questions. Even if we had him repeat some things, he was still courteous. He did not seem to be in a hurry to get rid of us, even though we do not need his services right now. Would not hesitate to contact him in the future.
