In one short phone call, Jeff alleviated three years’ worth of unbelievable stress!! Prior to speaking with Jeff, I spoke with at least five social workers, spent hours and hours researching online, talked with friends, and did a lot of praying! Everyone I spoke with led my mother and I to believe her life savings would have to be spent on paying $12,000 a month in a long-term nursing facility before she could qualify for Medi-Cal. Even the Medi-Cal representative I waited almost an hour to talk to, didn’t understand what she read to me regarding how IRA’s are considered when qualifying for Medi-Cal. Her only suggestion was to “apply and see.” No matter where you’re at in the process, CALL JEFF! He is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to Medi-Cal and legally preserving your assets, and saved my mother thousands of dollars. My husband and I will surely be setting up an appointment with him (after COVID-19 SIP) to help us get our estate papers in order! Thanks Jeff, from the bottom of our hearts.

Jeff was great! Very efficient, and thorough, and explained every step of the process and document. Given that everything but the final signing, was done remotely, the process went smoothly and was completed in just 2-3 weeks, and an all-in one price. I highly recommend Jeff's law firm for estate planning, and additionally appreciate that he also emphasizes elder care issues in his practice.

Just had Jeff Hall complete a living trust for us. I most strongly recommend him for estate planning, wills & trusts. His services are priced very fairly and he spends as much time with you as you want to have all your questions answered. Exceptional!

He helped us get a plan in place to ensure our new child will be taken care of if the worst should happen via drawing up our Wills, and helped us take care of each other with Durable Power of Attorney and Living Wills. He was very flexible with us on schedule, which was quite helpful given the challenges of a new child!

His College Package is reasonably priced and we needed it many times to get medical and financial institutions to give us critical information on our daughter.
