I had attended one of Kristina’s seminars and decided to have my existing estate documents (trust, will, Health Directive, etc. reviewed by her. The trust had been created 10 years ago and a number of changes had occurred since then. I met with Kristina individually and gave her my existing documents to review. She asked a number of questions and wrote down my responses. I found her to be very diligent and thorough as we went through the process. She was able to point out a number of items that needed attention and explained my options for tightening up the trust so that my intent would be carried out. Throughout the process she was focused yet so easy to work with through what can be a very sensitive and tedious process. I could tell she really cared about me and wanted to make sure that I had full control over the distribution of my estate. At the end of the process, Kristina set up a meeting during which she reviewed each of the documents to ensure they met my needs. She arranged for a notary to be present so that every document needing to be notarized could be done right there and then. No need to take the documents somewhere to be notarized then brought back days later. She provided a number of tools to make it easy on my heirs and trustee on my passing. She made the creation of my trust very easy and the process under which it would be carried out smooth, clearly defined, and complete. If I had to do it over again I would be very comfortable going the Kristina again and I highly recommend her to anyone in need of a well executed way to leave their estate to to their heirs. Lisa is an exceptional lawyer. I experienced a long, complex and contentious divorce where the ownership of my business and various assets were questioned by my ex-wife, causing the divorce process to outlast the brief two years of our marriage. The advice Lisa gave me at the beginning was spot on as to what the judge tentatively decided before making it clear we were to come to an agreement on our own. Lisa has a great understanding of the co-dependent dynamics that can sometimes be a part of relationships that fall apart. Some of her favorite advice is that the opposite of love is not hate, but indifference. With this understanding of the dynamics of relationships, she helped me shore up my personal defenses and set much needed boundaries with my ex-wife. Many of Lisa’s reviews appear to be written by the parties that were opposite to her in court and while this may give one pause, I have to ask whether one really wants an attorney that plays both sides? Lisa was clearly on my team, gave great advice, (even when it was tough to hear), and is experienced enough to know when it was time to focus in and when it was more of a waiting pattern through various court dates. Due to Lisa’s experience and her sound counsel, my costs were much less than what my ex spent churning through three different lawyers, looking for someone that would tell her what she wanted to hear instead of giving her solid, frank advice. Lisa is a fantastic attorney and I would highly recommend her to anyone going through a divorce.

Attended a very informative seminar today! Kristina did a wonderful job explaining all the overwhelming legal stuff in easy to understand, digestible bits. While it’s scary to think about these what-if scenarios, its nice to have someone like Kristina walk me through this process and help me come up with a plan!

Ms. Radcliffe has been handling my very contentious divorce for over three years now. The other side has spent over six figures fighting anything and everything. Ms. Radcliffe has always been professional and courteous and has been a tremendous advocate for me at a fraction of the cost my husband has spent. She is always kind, takes time to answer my questions and always gets back to me in a timely manner. I would highly recommend her to handle your family law matters!

Mrs Radcliff was handeling my divorce case last years. She sounded very promising with a lot of hopes but 6 months down the road when I was tight with her and was hard to switch , she start giving hard time by asking more money. She didn't present in my critical date but charged me and was confused with her other case , was not able to answer Judge's simple question . I suffered from her management more than my husband. All she care is money. She lies for money . She doesn't believe in god and does a lot of unethical and unprofessional acts. I found out behind me ,she was cooperating with my husband attorney to prolong case and make more attorney fee. She made me sell my house with 2 kids and move to small apartment to pay her attorney fee. I had to spent a lot of money to hire another attorney and take my money back and sanction Mrs Rat cliff.But Mrs Ratcliff no matter how much you make money one day sooner or later you will die like your mother died and you will be responsible for all this destructive action you did against your client. Unfortunatley I can't recommend you to anyone. Your life is full of lies , your face has changed and is not like human anymore. I feel so sorry for you who need to take such a moneys to your table. Please be very careful with this attorney since her risk is more than benefit to your life.
