I can't imagine having a better experience than I have had with Raymond. As someone in my early 20s with various mental health disorders, I was turned away by multiple attorneys saying that I had no chance. Raymond was willing to take my calls and answer my general questions early on, before I was even a client, and made the process of going through my disability claim so seamless. I was granted benefits, and he has remained a wonderful resource even after the fact. I'm incredibly thankful for all of his help, time, and hard work and can't recommend him enough.

Raymond Ugarte is without question the most professional and compassionate SSDI attorney. My wife interviewed six attorneys and we where initially impressed with both his knowledge of the disability law and his genuine interest to help us through a long and difficult case. He never wavered through the process. He remained focused, patient, and always receptive. I can't emphasize the value of his effort and never once did I doubt his ability to win my case. Two things are certain when applying for SSDI...you cannot do it alone and you need Raymond Ugarte by your side...

Raymond was wonderful from the first time we met. He was thorough, explained the process very clearly and answered all our questions. He called us every two weeks with updates for over 1 1/2 years. Impressive personal customer service. Nicest guy, he really cared about helping us. Even the people working in the courts praised him and how hard working he was for his clients. Mr. Ugarte is a wonderful attorney who knows his business. As a sufferer of Agoraphobia, getting out of my house is torture. He worked with me on my disability case with as little time away from my home as possible. He was very thorough in his explanations of each and every step in the process and made sure I understood what would happen. He made trusting him very easy.

Raymond is kind, compassionate, and professional. I had been denied disability and the next step was the hearing, so I decided to hire a lawyer. I’m very glad I found Raymond - he explained everything to me, was honest with me about thinking the judge wasn’t quite convinced, and he was extremely easy to reach when I had questions. He also would ask me how I was doing, and I felt like he really cared about my case.
We won, by the way, and the timing couldn’t have been better. I’m able to survive on my own, thanks to Mr. Ugarte’s help with this case.

We hired Raymond to represent my wife in her disability case. Throughout the whole process, he always kept us informed regarding the case. The whole process of getting disability is difficult to navigate once I had Raymond on my side he explained everything simply. Helped me understand the process set my expectations, kept in constant contact with me and handled my difficulty communicating without making me feel slow or stupid.
