Credere is listed as an in-network firm connected to Metlife Legal insurance. Yet, I'm realizing that these firms don't actually want to accept cases via insurance - even if connected to the types of cases they align to within the Metlife dashboard. So, they ignore you when you contact them - even when you try 4-5 times. That's terrible business, isn't it? Credere Law, if you don't want to accept cases from insurance, don't partner with insurance companies - it's as simple as that.
