Jay and his team are great at taking you through the trust, will, and advanced health care directive process - from the initial consultation and interview, to signing and funding the trust. They are friendly, informative, and make sure you understand everything involved; Jay also has many helpful videos that he's recorded covering various topics. One thing I found extremely helpful was the plain language summary of all the legalese in the trust! I also really appreciated how they handled recording the deeds for our homes and prepared letters for financial institutions, with clear instructions. Finally, they provide a binder with all the documents and a flash drive with copies of everything for storage in a secure location. Jay has provided us with complete peace of mind that the trust will enable the seamless transfer of our estate to our heirs - thanks, Jay and team!
