He demystified the process for us and made creating a trust an easy as well as educational experience. He made sure we understood what trusts are and how they work, and clearly explained the various options we had that helped us greatly in our decision-making. He was quick to respond to any questions we had, and was great in sending us reminders and specific deadlines so that our trust was completed in a timely manner. In our interactions, he was always professional, courteous, patient (I ask a lot of questions!), and friendly.
