We used Brian for our living trust and trust tax planning for our young family. We actually waited a few months before working with him due to his workload and him not taking on additional clients. We appreciated that he was protective of his time and current clients and started to work with us only when his bandwidth allowed. From the start, his communication was top notch. Everything he promised, he delivered on time or early. He is very knowledgable and in our initial meeting, he explained everything in easy terms to understand and answered all our questions thoroughly, thoughtfully, and relevant to our situation. He also makes good use of time - between "homework" he gave us, emails, and Zoom calls, we always felt he respected our time and everything moved efficiently. In addition, his notary is excellent. She's easy to schedule a time slot with and she's quick once you start signing documents. We are very impressed at how fast we got this done and can rest easy now that it's all squared away. Brian is a good guy and a great lawyer. My wife and I are seniors who had no experience with making a will or living trust. From the very first zoom call through all the e-mail questions I sent him he kept us informed of every step in the process and very stress free for us. Brian is also just a regular guy who happens to be a lawyer not like some of the stuffed shirt lawyers I have dealt with in my life. If you need a lawyer I highly suggest Brian.

We used the firm to formalize certain estate planning aspects for our family. Brian was very responsive in helping us work through the process of getting our estate plan into place. His instructions were easy to follow, and the online meeting basically answered any questions we had. He spent as much time as needed with us to get our estate plans exactly the way we wanted. The best part is now we have our estate plan in place for our family to know what to do when the time comes that they have to assume the responsibilities of carrying out our last wishes. Brian was professional, trustworthy, patient (it took us awhile), and made sure every step was as simple as possible. We are very satisfied and glad he will be working with us ongoing.

We feel very fortunate to have been directed to Brian by our financial advisor. It had been 20 years since our initial trust and it was overdue for a refresh as things change. The whole process was direct and professional. We felt comfortable throughout Brian's process. Brian also informed us about the use of a beneficiary trust account outside the trust which is a more flexible way to deal with beneficiaries that are more likely to change (outside of family, which we have implemented). That alone was worth what we paid to now have an up-to-date trust which by itself is a relief; like many people, we kept putting if off. Now we know we can easily return to Brian for an update when/if that becomes necessary. Thanks Brian!
