Where do we start? In this unprecedented time, we were concerned about our family's well being and safety. From the start, Brian was professional, but more importantly, he was patient, listened, and answered all of our concerns. He was friendly and gave us additional insight into things we did not know regarding our Living Trust, Durable Power of Attorney, and Advance Health Care Directive and addressed them. Brian was crucial to our family's needs and delivered documents preceding our scheduled discussion date. During the signing, Brian provided a witness and made sure our family was protected. The sanitation area he set up incorporated everything to be safe and distant. Setting up a Trust was in our mind for quite a long time and recently we contacted Brian of Qualls Law Firm to initiate this. Since it was during a pandemic, we had a few discussions over the phone for the initial questionnaires and information required for estate planning. He created the draft of the document that includes a living trust, an estate plan, power of attorney, an advanced health directive, etc., and sent us for review within a very short time. To make it easier to understand and where to put emphasis, he even highlighted all the major points which was extremely helpful. We had some doubts due to personal reasons but Brian, not only provided multiple suggestions but also explained all of them. He was very quick to respond and patient to answer every question of ours.
