I deeply appreciate the effort Daniela took to walk my family and I though the estate planning process, she was always available to answer my (many) questions and was thorough and supportive. I'm very happy with the results and highly recommend Daniela (especially if, like me, you tend to stress out over such things...).

We reached out to Daniela for estate planning. We decided to work with her because she was very approachable, knowledgeable, but also worked on pet trusts. We have 2 fur babies and it was important to me they be included in our will/trust, and she understood that perfectly as a pet owner herself.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with the Brian Qualls Lawfirm. After another laywer tried to tell me that my legal services at work didn't cover the Will & Trust, I asked Brian to verify as well and he came back telling me it's all covered except for the transfer of title, which was only about a couple hundred. I just saved approximately $2500 plus working with Brian. He does exceptional work and is a honorable lawyer. I know it seems often those words don't go hand in hand but I could tell when I first spoke with Brian that he was a man with good intention, morals and honest. His work ethics was exceptional. He called when he said he would, he emailed back in a timely manner as well. Brian also explained everything with the Will & Trust in an uncomplicated way. I would highly recommend Brian and would definitely use him if I needed his services again.

Archana makes a very unpleasant process much more pleasant. Right at the beginning, I felt she was far more empathetic than other attorneys I had spoken to, especially towards typical Desi family dynamics. She adopts an approach which is firm and protective, but not unnecessarily adversarial and vicious like other attorneys. Throughout the process, I felt she had my back at all times, but she never took the baits that the opposition was throwing, always keeping the end goal in sight while ensuring the right actions are taken to protect me at the right times. She will always try to settle things out of court as much as possible, saving time, money and unnecessary conflict. At the same time, a fair resolution was reached for both parties. She is very responsive, gets back to most messages within a day or at most two, and patiently answered all my million questions. It honestly felt like I had a big sister protecting me throughout the process. She also helped me take care of estate planning at the end, which was a breeze.

We are very happy with Daniela's help and guidance in creating our Estate Plan. She is professional, thorough and has been quick to respond to our needs and questions. We highly recommend Daniela!

Throughout my divorce I wanted to leave and run and was so scared of alot of things including how to pay Archana. Even though law was on my side. She was my brick and stayed with me guided me throughout the process helps me with the case till today.

My wife and I had been thinking bout getting a Living Trust for a while. I am a research person and so I began by doing google search, attorney sites, my corporate recommendations. Although I ran across a lot of good attorney websites, it was Brian's that caught my attention because the amount of information and the way the information was presented. The information was laid out in simple terms. I engaged Brian and all I can say is that he was very responsive, patient and explained everything thoroughly. Brian was a huge help and made the whole trust process a breeze. We had metlife legal plan thru work and it was easy to get an appointment. Everything was filled out online. It was straight forward and simple. Brian made sure we had all our questions answered and gave us plenty of details about each form and part of the process. He had great, clear, prompt communication and delivered everything on time. The process was quick, but didn't feel rushed, but felt just like a well oiled machine.
