Spojmie and her team were great to work with and successfully helped my husband get approved for his green card. There were a few hiccups and some confusion due to some new legislation that the team hadn't encountered yet (not their fault really), but overall I definitely feel the value for money is well worth it. They took care of all the complicated paperwork and promptly answered all emails. I would definitely recommend to my family and friends!

Steve Davidson is an amazing guy. A couple of weeks ago, my friend got a call from a Pleasanton PD detective who asked her to come in but would not give any more details. She made an appointment with him but felt very unsure about talking to a detective. We called several attorneys. Steve Davidson was actually available when we called (no voice mail) and asked us to come in later that afternoon. He let her talk for some time and gave her some really great advice including that you can refuse to cooperate with the police. The amazing part was that all of that was free as he essentially told her she would not need an attorney. He really cares for people which really impressed me.

Man where can I begin, Rabin and his staff are wonderful and definitely will go above and beyond. When I was granted my original sentence of a felony, Rabin and his staff found out that we could petition my original sentence and have it dropped down to a Misdemeanor. My experience showed me that they will always go above and beyond for their clients.

I would give this firm 10 stars if I could. We Met Steve Davidson on a Saturday morning after my brother was arrested for a alcohol related incident and a fight with his wife. Having never dealt with anything like this, we were, to say the least, frantic. Steve was kind and unlike other lawyer we spoke with gave us the real scoop on how serious the case was. He helped us arrange for bail and over the next 6 months he and his staff worked tirelessly to get us exactly the result he promised. I recommend this team (shivan, colin moore and tennille) to anyone facing a criminal charge.

This was one of the worst things I have been through, Thank GOD I found Rabin at Summit Defense! I got more than my moneys worth. He held my hand through this ordeal and was very empathetic.
