I have used the law office Spojmie Nasiri several times and have recommended her services to many of my friends and family. The first time I used the services was back in 2009. I had sponsored my parents for their Green Card and I did all the paper work on my own. The process had stalled and I was about to give up. Luckily I ran into Spojmie at a dinner party and started asking her questions about how to jump start my parent's Green Card process. She helped prepare letters and other documents that I used to communicate with the immigration officers. Soon the process got moving again and I was able to complete all the necessary requirements. Now my parents are here in California and living with me. Spojmie's guidance was invaluable and she went out her way to accommodate me as my schedule was very busy. Since then, I have reached out to her for advice on immigration matters and recommended her to my family members. She has been instrumental in getting my extended family members' immigration process approved. I know she also devotes time to the community around her and gives free advice to those families that can't afford legal services. Spojmie is professional, competent, thorough and extremely hard working. I highly recommend her!

My family and I met Spojmie four years ago, she helped us with each of our cases and followed through with us with each step. My husband was assaulted back in 2010, we heard about Spohmie maybe 2012 around December, we did not think we had a case, but we saw her and once she review his case he,she said there was the possibility of getting him a u visa. For what i recall she file the petition in March 2013, and in the beginning of December 2013 we had a call and an email from Spojmie, letting us know that US granted my husband the U-visa, he has now his work permit and has applied to get Social security number and will get his Driver's license. Bismillah Ar Rahman Ar Raheem My husband and I first met with Mrs. Nasiri a few months ago to have his status changed on his work visa after we were married. My husband had already been in the U.S. for over 3 years on a work visa Alhamdulillah. Mrs. Nasiri was always professional but warm and helped us understand the process that we were taking on and what to expect. She gave us detailed list and outlines of of what documents we would need to move forward and and the various steps that would take place along the way. Mrs. Nasiri was quick to respond to emails even on weekends and evenings. If you asked her anything she does not have answers for she will happily research it and consult colleagues to give you the best information. Spojmie will fight for you as though you are family and holds a presence at the same time that commands authority and respect. I know no two cases are the same and everyone's situation is different but i would gladly work with her again as well as recommend her to family and friends.
