Asha is a knowledgeable attorney who shows great sensitivity to domestic violence issues. I have been working with her for the past 4 months and I find that she is compassionate, supportive, and easy to talk to. Her dedication to her work is also worth praising. She does extensive research and is always well prepared in court. I also admire her work ethics. Asha is responsive when you need her and can be relied on. She keeps me well informed and is always transparent about the progress of the case. Asha has truly been an excellent representative and a diligent advocate and I would highly recommend her to anyone without reservation!

Asha Padania practices in Pleasanton. I met her in 2012 in San Jose. If you are a victim of domestic violence, then you need her on your side. She cares about you as a human being. She has integrity. She listens to you and to your concerns. She gives very good law points. She is very efficient. She was busy on the date of my Court Appearance. Regardless, with the limited time I gave her, she gave me a very good outline to present it to the Court. Since filing the complaint, I consulted few attorneys but as I have mentioned before, she is the only one with "integrity" and knows the laws to protect the victims of physical violence. I would recommend her for settling your Divorce process, especially if you are a Domestic Violence Victim.

Unfortunately, i'm having trouble with this website so I'm unable to rate Asha the way I would like in the above domains (Responsive, Knowledgeable, kept me informed and overall). Asha was excellent in every regard! When I came to Asha I had just discovered horrible things about my child's father and Asha was a very calming presence. She very carefully explained the law to me and presented me with my options. She did EXTENSIVE research to establish precedents for my case which involved a request for FULL physical and legal custody of my son with no visitation for his father. She was very responsive and returned all my calls the same day and listened to me patiently whatever the concerns. She made sure she kept me well informed of progress and was very transparent. She managed my expectations well with regards to a potential outcome and how long it might take to reach resolution. Asha truly inspires confidence!

She was the most helpful, and knowledgeable lawyer out of all of the lawyer's I have talked to on the phone. She was the only one that actually called back and cared about my case. She was there for me every step of the way. I'm only 19, so I had tons of questions and also so did my mom. She was patient and helpful and answered all of our questions.
