I was charged with my second DUI and I am so glad I found Mr. Drewry because I was not completely satisfied with my representation last time around. My girlfriend and I searched the internet and were both struck by all the totally positive reviews of his services. I contacted his office on a Friday and was able to meet with him after work early Monday evening. I felt comfortable the moment I walked into his office and was greeted warmly by Olympia, the office manager. We spent over an hour reviewing my case and he never made me feel rushed. His approach is straight forward and no nonsense. He treats you like an adult and tells you exactly what to expect every step of the way. He has a ton of experience and I felt completely confident in his ability to bring about the best possible outcome. And the day of my court appearance he proved me right. Thinking quickly and acting decisively, Mr. Drewry was able to deliver a plea deal that kept me out of jail even though I was still on probation from my previous DUI. Put simply, the outcome exceeded my expectations in every way. In a couple of weeks he will be representing me at the DMV hearing in Oakland and I'm sure his skills will again serve me well. I wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Drewry if you find yourself in similar circumstances.

I can not thank Mr. Drewry enough for his help. To get to the point, he was able to get my DUI charge dropped to a Wet and Reckless. So if you need a Great DUI Lawyer - he is your guy! Worth every penny. Now let me tell you about my experience. As you can image I was beyond scared, ashamed and broken when I got my DUI. I didn't know what to do or what would happen. What I did know is that if I had any fighting chance I needed a good lawyer. So I did some research and talked to about 4 different DUI lawyers (including Mr. Drewry). Now this may sound crazy but I choose Mr. Drewry because he was the most honest lawyer I talked to. He did not tell me everything was going to be ok (like some other lawyers did), or that he can guarantee a win. He was straight forward and STERN, no BS. That's when I said this is the one for me. If he can be like this with a potential client...he will be the same way in court fighting for me. So I hired him in Sept 2012. Flash forward to Dec 2014 - case FINALLY done and lowered to a Wet and Reckless (I blew a .11). Sure I would have hoped for my case to be resolved sooner but on the positive side I think it lessened the impact a DUI can have on your life. I was still able to drive for MOST of the two years I went through this ordeal. I didn't win my DMV hearing, so my license did finally get suspended in May 2014 but I was able to get a restricted license for work...so not too horrible. Most important to me, I DID NOT have to get an ignition lock on my car. I owe that all to Mr. Drewry since he was able to drop the charges to a Wet and Reckless. So if you need a good lawyer, I cannot recommend him enough. He will do his best to get you the best outcome and keep you informed with letters on any changes or court dates. I was charged with my third DUI and I knew I had to get an lawyer that had the knowledge and the background dealing with DUI cases. I did my research and came across Mr. Drewery. I contacted his business via his website and he personally responded to me that day on a weekend. He was ready for the fight even before he received all the details. Upon meeting him he always kept it honest and real. He didn't sugar coat anything and laid out every possible outcome. His office was very informative anytime I called with questions. Although this was my third dui I did not do any jail time and that was thanks to Mr. Drewery and his staff. I do not know where I would be right now without him.

Two years ago I was pulled over for what i thought would be a speeding ticket, but ended up with a DUI (supposedly I blew a .13, but I still don't believe it!), and had the pleasure of spending a "luxurious" night in the Oakland City (Spa) Jail. Mr. Drewry is not for the feint of heart – he is a very blunt man, who does not sugar coat a thing! Basically he let's you know what the law regarding DUIs entail, and how it can, and will, detrimentally ruin your life, especially if you try to go it alone. Personally, I appreciate the blunt approach, so was reassured that he knew what he was doing. It has taken over two years to go through this process, but I was informed at every step, and some how, Mr. Drewry managed to get my charges dropped! It seems a miracle that it's finally over, but it is. It's a huge relief to be able to move on. Thank you Mr. Drewry! You are a wise man. P.S. I have learned my lesson well: I absolutely DO NOT drink and drive, even if it is a few beers as it was that night.

Third DUI but was kept from doing any jail time. Mr Drewry is very straightforward and basically, 'no BS' attitude. Grateful that he can help me with my case and definitely would recommend him if you're in need of a good DUI lawyer.

I can not say enough about Mr. Drewry, his knowledge, expertise, determination to see a case through, honesty, and being a all around good guy. I was not sure how this was going to turn out for me but Mr. Drewry laid out all the facts, never sugar coated anything, armed me with all the information I needed to come to a decision and once I made that choice was always in my corner leading the fight. Once I gave him and his staff the green light to take my case to trial there was never any let up on the effort to win my case. Due to numerous delays which were not all our fault my case took almost 3 yrs to come to trial and Mr. Drewry had the same amount of energy from day one which was 100 percent. The outcome of my DMV case was most favourable and I never lost my license or a day of driving all thanks to Mr. Drewry. In my criminal case I ended up with a dry reckless and again without Mr. Drewry I hate to think what it would of been otherwise. The one thing I did not expect to get out of this was a very good understanding of our court system as Mr. Drewry always kept me well informed as to the status and the happenings in my case. Mr Drewry is fair, honest, hard working and as far as his fees is reasonably price.

Don Drewry was an AMAZING help with my DUI case. I knew he had a great track record with his cases but he definitely went above and beyond to help me out and get me in the best situation possible. My case lasted almost 2 years. I was being charged with a first time DUI at high B.A.C. levels of .18/.19 and having increased speed in the process. My husband was assaulted back in 2010, we heard about Spohmie maybe 2012 around December, we did not think we had a case, but we saw her and once she review his case he,she said there was the possibility of getting him a u visa. For what i recall she file the petition in March 2013, and in the beginning of December 2013 we had a call and an email from Spojmie, letting us know that US granted my husband the U-visa, he has now his work permit and has applied to get Social security number and will get his Driver's license. Bismillah Ar Rahman Ar Raheem My husband and I first met with Mrs. Nasiri a few months ago to have his status changed on his work visa after we were married. My husband had already been in the U.S. for over 3 years on a work visa Alhamdulillah. Mrs. Nasiri was always professional but warm and helped us understand the process that we were taking on and what to expect.
