I talked to a number of attorneys and they said I did not have a case. When I spoke Robert he agreed I did not have strong legal case but suggested I call and then write a follow-up email to HR to explain my legitimate family situation. He said sometimes this really works and a phone call is more personal and is better do in first before an email The HR Director empathized with my situation and to make a long story short, it benefitted me about $35,000. Previously a friend told me I should file a harassment charge instead. Robert said that had no basis and would not work with an empathy strategy. So that was invaluable to know. He spent time outlining the key elements for the phone call and letter. Many things I did not think about. Probably because he negotiates for a living. Now it is true he did not do any legal action but it is also true that he applied his experience to find an alternative plan that was definitely worth trying. We knew this was no guarantee but it worked great. And if we went the harrassment route, it would have totally backfired. So I highly recommend Robert as he thinks outside the box. The other attorneys made assumptions and were not solution minded. And it did not cost me much in legal fees. Totally worth it.

First, Robert is completely honest and straightforward. After he reviewed my case, he offered to take it on a contingency basis, but then told me that I would get a larger return if I hired him on an hourly basis, which I did. He is at the top of his profession in terms of his knowledge and skills, and was always easy to contact, and prompt to reply. He is a consummate professional, and he got me a very satisfactory settlement at the minimum time and cost. I can’t think of anything negative to say about Robert Nuddleman.

We had two former employees file multiple claims against our small firm that were not only without merit, but could have resulted in additional claims if we lost. It was NOT a slam dunk case for us (is it ever when an employer is up against the labor board?) but Robert presented a very strong case and all claims were denied.
