Before selecting, we took our time and did a lot of homework attending seminars, calling and meeting with different Trust and Estate Planning Attorney's. For cost John Park Law was on the lower expense side, but even more important after sitting down with Mr. John Park and receiving his very extensive knowledge of Estate Panning, Trust creation and all the other important legal documents with clear instruction we quickly knew we were getting excellent professional guidance from one of the best ! His wonderful staff who assisted us through all stages and helped make things easier deserves lots of credit as well. After working with John Park Law and comparing my experience over 25 years ago being witness to my Father & Mother's Trust creation and serving as the Trustee, I can tell you John Parks process has come a long way in improving many things in the Trust creation. For excellent professional guidance and value, believe me, you can't beat John Park Law and his staff. They are simply the Best!

John Park took the time to speak with my and my brother today about a situation. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately he won't be able to help us but we appreciate his honesty. Of course it's difficult to hear the unfortunate truth, but he delivered the information to us in a very clear and empathetic manner. Additionally, the office staff (Casey, Jayne, and Ran) we all very courteous and helpful the phone.

The Law Office of John Park did a great job in assisting us with creating our Living Trust. John and his team were very attentive to our needs and assisted us in answering all of our question. After speaking with a handful of firms, this team provided us with the most comfort.

Over the past 4 plus years my mind has flitted between anguish and anxiety in my attempts to communicate with my sister (trustee of our mother’s estate) to complete probate proceedings on our mother’s estate. After many excuses and delays used by the trustee of my mother’s estate I finally realized that I needed the assistance of a probate attorney……the biggest problem was I live in Las Vegas but the estate was in Northern California. So how does one find a practicing California probate attorney with an office in Las Vegas, Nevada? The answer is very difficult! The first few attempts calling postings for a probate attorney from google resulted in zero results; but then I tried calling the John Park Probate Attorney google listing and bam! Success! We spoke on the phone snd agreed to meet at his Las Vegas offices immediately the following week. And all this happening during the COVID crisis. Over the next 4 months John Park accomplished what I was unable to accomplish during four years of phone calls and emails to my sister, the trustee of the estate, that she bring my mother’s estate to a final probate agreement with the court. I was reluctant at first to get a probate attorney after listening to horrific stories from friends that engaging an attorney to deal with probate would result in my financial undoing…..And this was absolutely not the case….John Park handled my probate case in a personable and professional matter; despite the fact that the probate in question was NOT a million dollar estate, far from it..John Park personally handled my probate case and physically showed up for the probate court hearing in California, December 2020, where he got the trustee to agree to our probate demands. The time and effort John Park expended communicating with the trustee of the estate and her attorney was definitely of great value and money well spent. I am very satisfied and fortunate to have found such a great probate attorney to bring my probate horror to a successful conclusion.
