I don’t usually write reviews, BUT in this case its very much needed! I can’t thank Mervin enough for everything he did for me. This was my first car accident (hopefully last) that I’ve ever been in, and Mervin was very professional, didn’t stress me out, so trustworthy, made sure I took my time to recover & he took care of the rest. I also would like to mention his SUPER fast responses and explained every question I had very throughly. I never had to talk to the other insurance company, I was so stress free I actually forgot at one point about this opened case LOL Mervin handled it all! For years, we had been procrastinating in putting our affairs in order. We finally got around to it and enlisted Brian's help in getting everything together. Although this task seemed daunting for us, Brian provided a single package covering our Trust, Will, Power of Attorney, and Medical Releases, and then took the time to answer all of our questions (which were many) in a manner that was easily understandable. Archana is the one of the best attorneys. She is very straight forward, genuine and unlike almost every other attorney she does not bill you for every little thing and the same things over and over. She does a diligent job and is very skilled at what she does. I am glad I worked with her during a difficult time of my life.

We used Brian for our living trust and trust tax planning for our young family. We actually waited a few months before working with him due to his workload and him not taking on additional clients. We appreciated that he was protective of his time and current clients and started to work with us only when his bandwidth allowed. From the start, his communication was top notch. Everything he promised, he delivered on time or early. He is very knowledgable and in our initial meeting, he explained everything in easy terms to understand and answered all our questions thoroughly, thoughtfully, and relevant to our situation. He also makes good use of time - between "homework" he gave us, emails, and Zoom calls, we always felt he respected our time and everything moved efficiently. In addition, his notary is excellent. She's easy to schedule a time slot with and she's quick once you start signing documents. We are very impressed at how fast we got this done and can rest easy now that it's all squared away. Brian is a good guy and a great lawyer. My wife and I are seniors who had no experience with making a will or living trust. From the very first zoom call through all the e-mail questions I sent him he kept us informed of every step in the process and very stress free for us. Brian is also just a regular guy who happens to be a lawyer not like some of the stuffed shirt lawyers I have dealt with in my life. If you need a lawyer I highly suggest Brian.

I hired Mr. Johnson to represent me in my divorce matter. In my experience, Mr. Johnson was t most incompetent for divorce representation due to below reasons: ** Provided settlement terms full of incorrect information, grammatical and simple writing errors after he asked me to write up, edit, and correct almost the whole settlement agreement in order to save money ** I found another client and their children's names in what was supposed to be my marital settlement agreement ** Offered no legal advice and simply took whatever terms my former spouse provided, which included me having to give up a substantial amount (a million) of money from my home equity, which another lawyer later told me could have been avoided if my legal advisor simply advised me to liquidate the asset in concern at the time and split the proceeds to avoid loss of such a huge sum from my home equity share ** During the initial, consultation, Mr. Johnson said he has experience dealing with high conflict and highly contentious people. I saw no such experience in practice when dealing with my former spouse ** Judge found issues when everything was FINALLY submitted for an approval and the paperwork had to be submitted at least 2-3 times before getting it approved by the court ** Found incorrect names in incorrect sections even in the final settlement once it came back from the court In conclusion, just getting my divorce papers submitted in court and actually signed by a private judge (for which I paid separately out of pocket) costed me nearly $20,000 with Mr. Johnson while I wrote up almost the whole martial settlement terms and parental plans with minimal updates by Mr. Johnson. The updates, if any at all, that were made by Mr. Johnson were full of errors. A paralegal would have costed me perhaps under $1000 to do the same types of paperwork. I do not recommend hiring Mr. Johnson as your legal representative for divorce matters.

RAVING FAN!! Not just anyone can provide a piece of mind when it comes to preparing a trust. But Daniela is FANTASTIC! Her level of professionalism, attention to detail and compassion is beyond comparison. She takes the time to listen and helps make understanding the process easy. Moreover, she responds quickly, is super patient and thoroughly answers any questions. HIGHLY recommend her services!

We are so glad we found Brian. It was just a simple Goole search, but from the first glance, we felt we found the right person for our needs. At the moment we found him, Brian didn't accept the new clients, but we decided to wait until he will be reopened for boarding new clients. And it was just the right decision. I worked with Daniela for my living trust.. I would admit that when we walked into the process we were confused and scared.. we did not have a trusted person on the first place who we can nominate as our trustee after we are gone..
