Benjamin Setlters III is a disgusting thief attorney. Notarized amendments to living trust for friends with forged signature and no fingerprint of the person because they were already deceased in the ground. After a big court mess, his client then files for the IRS that basically no amendment exists, and no estate tax due. He then goes back to court on case based on fakery amendment, forgetting to tell Judge about that perjury and IRS filing. True Story. He is a criminal who should not have a law license. He knows it's true. What a disgusting human being using his notary and law license to alter the wishes of deceased loved ones for friends. Pure garbage. Lowest of the low.
