I have epilepsy on March I had a seizure and had my drivers license suspended. Law Offices of Tarman & Shamuilian were excited to take on my case as it was unusual and new. I felt very comfortable when I was discussing my options and case with them, as they took full control of what was best for me. I won my case and driving privilege have been reestablished.

Just got a DUI few months ago even though my BAC% was below the legal limit so I called this Law firm to go over my options since I'm not familiar with the process and I dont want it to come up on my record due to employment reasons. For DUI you simply will not find better defense attorneys than Kirk Tarman and Bobby Shamuilian. I was arrested for DUI and chemical test refusal, shortly after being stopped at a sobriety checkpoint. The chemical test refusal comes with severe enhanced penalties. To make matters worse I received a no-right-turn-on-red ticket about a month later. If convicted the ticket would have put me over the DMV maximum points allowed in a 12-month period (4 points). In the span of one short month, I was facing jail time and the loss of my driver’s license for up to 18 months. Kirk and Bobby worked vigorously on my case. They poured a tremendous amount of time and resources in to my defense, both at the courts and DMV hearings. The level of service they provided far exceeded the cost. In the end they were able to get all charges – the DUI, chemical test refusal, and no-right-turn-on-red ticket – DISMISSED! Kirk and Bobby were also very understanding, supportive, and encouraging through the process. Additionally, they have an awesome paralegal and administrative team – Jesse, Sarah, and Sabrina.
