They explained so much about the process and what to expect that I was never out of the loop. Even being a rear end accident the insurance still tried to fight me by minimizing my injuries. Not only was I grateful for the help with my case but I'm also happy with my settlement.

I gave my case manager all the info they requested and they took it from there. This was such a stress free process. I just had to focus on my treatment and getting better while they took care of the rest. Not having to deal with the insurance company myself was such a relief.

At first I was a little hesitant to call this office as they were located in a completely different county. A friend had highly recommended them and I'm very happy with the way my case was handled. My appointments were close to me and convenient. There was never an issue to get a hold of someone. Got great results!

By far the best customer service I have received. After being in a car accident I called them in the middle of the night as I didn't know what I should do and an actual live person answered my call. I thought they were just going to get my name and have someone call me in the morning but they actually answered every question I had and put my mind at ease.

By far the best experience I have had working with a law office. Other attorneys told me I didn't have a case since there was not much damage to my car. Krasney Law was willing to help me and it was such a weight off my shoulders. I thought I was going to walk away with nothing because of what other law firms told me but I ended up with a large settlement in the end.
