Being in a situation that you don't know what to do, finding a good lawyer to defend your family is very crucial especially if you don't know anyone. I took my chance by just searching online and I was blessed and thankful that I got the right lawyer to represent my son. Atty. Hatcher's being knowledgeable, compassionate and professional were some of the sterling aspects of his personality. He went above and beyond and there is no doubt that he is highly recommended. I was so satisfied with the outcome.

I hired the Law Offices of Miles & Hatcher to represent me and my wife in a personal injury case. The insurance company of the person that rear ended us questioned the legitimacy of our claim and told us that we would not be compensated for the injuries suffered from the accident. I had a pleasant experience from beginning to end. Everyone in the office was kind, patient and understanding. From the paralegal work to the actual hearing i felt like every aspect of my case was as important to them as it was to me. Cornell's superior knowledge of the law and meticulous strategic planning was crucial to my obtaining 50/50 custodial guardianship of my two daughters. Cornell has listened to my needs and concerns and went beyond what I could have hoped for during this difficult situation. He is professional, detail-oriented, responsive and always has my best interest in mind. He negotiated the sale of my home when my ex spouse was not being cooperative, and made custody arrangements for the best interest of my children and myself. Cornell is very aggressive and effective at court hearings, and when negotiating with my spouses attorneys. Cornell is very straight forward and takes his time explaining my options and gives me excellent guidance. I am very pleased with the outcome thus far!

In 2012 my ex filed restraining orders and for divorce. Her attorney called me and told me I had court in the morning. The next morning I didn't even get to see the judge and was ordered to move out my house by 5:00pm and couldn't contact or see my boys. My Uncle used Cornell for his divorce and recommended me to his office. I was scheduled for an appointment the same day and met with both attorneys Cornell and Brian. They met with me for over an hour and explaind what had happened and how we could move forward. At the next hearing the restraining orders were dismissed and I was sent to mediation to talk about custody and visitation. At the next hearing Themediator recommended that I have supervised visits and take parenting classes. I was honestly disappointed with the results but over the next year we went to court 7 seven times and at every hearing i got more time with my boys. I eventually was awarded custody every Monday to Wednesday morning and every other weekend. We finally had trial in January to resolve the divorce and I was able to keep my retirement and terminate spousal support. During the entire case the staff was amazing. Alexes was the paralegal assigned to me and she was great she answered all my questions and walked me thru the whole process. Very satisfied
