after 40 years in in construction thiers been times ive had to get leagle help .but mr..ricks is by fare the best ive worked with . hes hes magic in a court room . knows the law easy to work with .his office gals are allways available and very helpful . david is honest and easy to work with . i highly recomend him. buck mellon mellon and associate grading

Sensitive understanding thorough and PROFESSIONAL! They handled our case PERFECTLY and really listened to us. They kept us posted and were also very transparent and HONEST! They obtained the largest settlement possible within the law and their fee was modest for all of the work they put in. They truly are a defender of what is right. I did my research last night about real estate law firms. This one seemed the best one. I called this morning and when I was in the middle of telling them my issue, they hung up on me. Ok accidents happen, I called back immediately and the one that answered was trying to get me back to the original female I was talking to and once again they hung up on me. Didn’t get a call back. This might be a great lawyer but I will never know bc his staff hangs up on possible new clients.

Mr Ricks is an attorney who i would highly recommend. I am a General Contractor so it is hard to find attorneys that are familiar with construction lingo. He is easy to talk to and down to earth. His office is very nice and staff is very pleasant. He defended myself and my company with professionalism and I was very pleased with his determination to gather all information. The case against my company was ultimately dismissed. thank you
