For DUI you simply will not find better defense attorneys than Kirk Tarman and Bobby Shamuilian. I was arrested for DUI and chemical test refusal, shortly after being stopped at a sobriety checkpoint. The chemical test refusal comes with severe enhanced penalties. To make matters worse I received a no-right-turn-on-red ticket about a month later. If convicted the ticket would have put me over the DMV maximum points allowed in a 12-month period (4 points). In the span of one short month, I was facing jail time and the loss of my driver’s license for up to 18 months. Kirk and Bobby worked vigorously on my case. They poured a tremendous amount of time and resources in to my defense, both at the courts and DMV hearings. The level of service they provided far exceeded the cost. UPDATE: With the DUI criminal charges having been dismissed about a month ago, Mr. Tarman went on to represent me at the DMV Hearing for chemical test refusal.
