I had battled my ex for 6 years in court to get divorced. After going from attorney to attorney, in hopes that they could help me with my case, I would end up frustrated and disappointed because they could not deal with the conniving, narcissistic, psychopathic persons that were on the other side. I hired Julianne and that was the best decision I made in this situation. Not only could Julianne convey very eloquently the status of the case to the court. She would not get sucked into the tit-for-tat with the very slimy defense attorney that would always lie to the judge and jab at Julianne saying he had not heard from her, etc. She would not take the bait and would focus on addressing the judge and presenting the facts rather than responding to him. Eventually, the judge saw through the lies and scheduled for trial herself because the opposition would always stall the case and even the Judge became fed up with it. I thank Julianne and her team for helping me get through one of the darkest moments (or years) of my life. She set me free from years of being financially and emotionally bullied in court, and for that, I am forever grateful. Wish I would have hired her from the beginning and saved thousands of dollars because she knows her stuff and is very efficient. There is no better divorce attorney.

Attorney Vandergrift is an extremely professional and punctual attorney. As an opposing counsel, she focuses on resolving the matter through conflict resolution. As a minor’s counsel, she focuses on the well-being of the children instead of the bickering parents. She is available after hours and responds promptly. Her professionalism and punctuality has led to the resolution of numerous cases without costly litigation.

I have had my clients hire Ms. Vandergrift in many many cases to serve as minor's counsel for their matter. I always recommend her because she is no-nonsense and is always there to protect the minor's interests. She does interviews with multiple parties to ensure her recommendations are appropriate in those circumstances. Moreover, Ms. Vandergrift is always available for a quick chat to get an update on the case or when issues arise during a high conflict situation. There are times Ms. Vandergrift would refuse the parents' requests or demands after making her recommendation. From my perspective, this methodology is highly sought after since she is really looking out for the minor's interests instead of the fighting between the parents. We need more minor's counsels like her around. There are other minor's counsels around that would just recommend a 50/50 and watch for the consequences thereafter.

I have been practicing for over 12 years in Family law, and had to deal with many different minor's counsels. Some I agree with and some down right don't do their job and advocate for the child. Julianne is one of my favorite minor's counsels out there. Her attention to detail and her determination to do right by her clients (the children) amaze me. My clients may not agree with everything Julianne suggests, but at the very least I know she does EVERYTHING in her power to protect those kids and provide valuable and informative reports to the Court. I engaged the services of Julianne Vandergrift for a child custody and visitation case and would like to express my concerns for others considering her legal services. Responsiveness and Communication: My experience was marked by a notable lack of responsiveness. Repeated requests for updates and were often ignored, leaving me uninformed about critical aspects of my case. Interactions with My Child: I was particularly troubled by the interactions between Ms. Vandergrift and my child. My child reported to me that during their conversations, Ms. Vandergrift spoke negatively about me and disregarded my child's wishes and feelings. This behavior was deeply concerning and, in my view, unprofessional for someone in her position. Professional Conduct and Billing Practices: The conduct of Ms. Vandergrift’s office shifted noticeably once I encountered difficulties with payments. This change, coupled with a lack of transparency in billing and the refusal to provide an itemized invoice upon request, contributed to a diminishing trust in her services. Overall Experience and Impact: The combined effect of these issues was extremely stressful, both personally and in terms of the legal process. Communication, professionalism, and respect are crucial in any legal representation, especially in sensitive family matters. Unfortunately, these were not adequately provided in my experience. In summary, my personal experience with her service, particularly regarding communication, professionalism, and her interactions with my child, was disappointing and disconcerting.

Julianne Vandergrift and Staff are very professional. My questions were answered accurately and timely to meet my needs. Going through a divorce is stressful enough, so speaking to me softly with a mild tone as this Firm did, makes this process easier and that means a lot. I couldn't of done this without her. I am now all done with my divorce. I did get what I wanted and I am extremely satisfied. My advice to you is to tell her everything, don't hold back so that she knows how to fight for you.
