I went to Ms. Vandergrift’s office for help with what turned out to be a reasonably simple, uncontested divorce. My experience was awful. I only spoke with Ms. Vandergrift once, and after that progress was glacial. The case ended up being strung out over a three-month period. My emailed questions received limited attention, and conversations with her staff were frustrating due to their lack of familiarity with my situation. No effort was made to provide me with periodic updates on the status of my case or to discuss next steps. There were only sporadic updates to amounts charged against my retainer. After the matter was finally concluded, I received a surprise email from her ‘Billing Specialist’ advising me that I owed an additional sum that amounted to another 25% on top of my original retainer. She also claimed that my account was overdue. She said she had tried calling me, but my cell phone records showed no recent calls had been received from the law office. As you might gather, I was not happy with the service I received and would not recommend Ms. Vandergrift’s office to anyone.

Julianne Vandergrift is not an honest person or lawyer. Do not go to her firm. Do not let the other reviews fool you. Please note, of the thirteen reviews, ten are from females. If you are male or a father wanting to take care of and have more than 50/50 physical custody of your children, she will go with the status quo and will NOT pursue what's in "best interests" of your children. Julianne Vandergrift decided in my favor for seven straight months and on the morning of my trial at 7:30 a.m. she changed her mind and never let me know why. Is that what you want?

Ms. Warner and her paralegal, Kristina, helped me through a very difficult time in my life. They are caring and compassionate. Would highly recommend!

I found Julianne Vandergrift based on her experience with domestic violence. I made the right decision! My divorce was final, so I was fixing a messy custody order. My kids were going back and forth everyday and needed some stability in their lives. Julianne and her team are a dream. Since my kids are a bit older, Julianne puled in Minors Counsel so my kids had a say in their own cases. Julianne was quick to reply to emails and made sure I understood everything happening in my case. She was there at court and made sure I was safe. She truly looked out for me. In the end, I got everything my kids needed, and then some. I am happily using the Talking Parents app to communicate with my kids' father - without abuse or having our children be in the middle. I no longer have unexpected visits from him or see him near my home unannounced. We meet at a public place, and everyone has my back. I love this arrangement so much more. Julianne is not going to disappoint - and she deserves way more stars!

I loved working with Attorney Vandergrift. Having never been through a divorce, she made the process more palpable.
