King Law picked up my medical malpractice case, a difficult field to litigate. The defendant didn't want to settle, so we found our self in trial at the San Bernardino Superior Court. During our 3 weeks of trial, I found the King Brothers to be amazing trial lawyers. They clearly laid out the chronology of events, where the physician did not meet standards of care, and so many other great points. Apparently the defendant's lawyer had never lost a medical malpractice case. And he got his first loss courtesy of King Law and all the wonderful people there. Props to Justin King, Jon King, Garrett Tuckerman and Staci Ponce for having such strong game and the tenacity to see this to victory. They answered ALL of my many questions along the way, and I especially appreciate their strong, moral approach. These are not typical lawyers, they are the ones you hope to have on your side.

My husband and I were hit by a drunk driver, in the Temecula Wine Country, in November of 2023. Our car rolled and was totaled and I was trapped in the car. The Justin King firm was recommended to us and we met with Mr. King in December. His firm immediately started gathering information. We worked closely with Garrett Tuckerman and he worked tirelessly on our case and kept us informed every step of the way. If he promised an update on a specific date, he made contact with us even if there was nothing new on our case. If you have a case such as this, you must be patient. Do not think you will be done in a couple of months. As I said previously, Garrett worked hours and hours to put our case together (demand letters to insurance companies), and he left "no stone unturned" to help us get the best settlement possible. Note: the firm will need information from the client and clients must be cooperative and provide information promptly. If not, you will just delay your case! The King firm and Garrett were successful in getting us the highest settlement possible. We are very thankful and appreciative of their hard work and thoroughness.

I was injured in a hit and run auto accident (which the driver was later caught) on July 4, 2021 in Adelanto. The driver of course was high risk and had a month to month policy and the minimum coverage to drive in California. They admitted to the police that they had hit us and left the scene of the accident but her insurance company would not work with me at all. Their offer to me was a joke. I had neck, shoulder, back and hip pain. I had a headache everyday for 2 months following the accident. We were in an accident in August 2017 in the city of Lake Elsinore/Riverside County. A man hit us on the freeway & totaled both trucks. Though we sustained some injuries the LORD was merciful & saved our lives! It took this long to be resolved as we had an attorney that took care of the 1st part (the offender's insurance) but passed away before finishing with the 2nd part of uninsured/underinsured through our insurance. Thank GOD we found the Attorney Justin King! He is fair, very professional, hard working even for a case that probably didn't give him a lot. Still they handled us in a way that changed my view of attorneys...for the better.
