Ted is a very professional and is very knowledgeable of the immigration law. I was able to get my green card because he processes all application in a timely matter. He presented the facts to me, ask my opinion and we work together to get the job done. I was very satisfied with all he done for me and would recommend Ted to anyone looking to hire a great lawyer.

I was referred to Ted by my colleague years ago when I was looking for a lawyer for my h-1b petition. Ted helped me with the following: 1. h-1b - approved 2. h-1b extension - approved 3. PERM - approved 5. i-140 - approved 6. i-485 - approved I looked around for several different lawyers and Ted caught my attention on how fast he replied my e-mail and on how he showed confidence regarding his approach for my specific case/situation. The whole process was hassle free. I provided all the information about my situation and Ted gave us (me and my employer) clear instructions on what to do and how the process is going to be. my h-1b petition was approved without RFE nor any other issues. Not saying that you are guaranteed to get approved by using Ted's service since it's not the lawyer who makes the decision. However, you want to have a lawyer who has expertise and in-depth knowledge to your specific situation, and these are the things I believe that Ted can deliver. For my specific case, Ted provided suggestions and options how to submit stronger petition case, thus, higher chance for approval. Throughout the process (which took years), Ted did a very excellent job in communicating to both me and my employer before, during, and after the petition submitted. He is very responsive, answering all of our questions, replying to all of our emails (sometimes he replied instantly), and he kept us updated with any progress. On my side, "the waiting game" torture became bearable when Ted still answered all my e-mails/questions even when sometimes there's no updates for months or nothing you or your lawyer can do to expedite the petition (I'm referring to the whole green card process). I also reviewed all Ted's work on my petition (based on the copy that he gave me). He was very detailed with his work. He made copies of all paperwork and it's all very organized. I can tell that he put many hours working hard preparing for my case. During my adjustment status interview, I printed out and prepared all supporting documents (tax returns, paystubs, degree, certificates, etc.), and the IO didn't ask me for any of it, not even a single document. I think it's because Ted did a great job preparing and submitting the petition. Based on my experience working with Ted, I'd highly recommend Ted to anyone who's looking for a dependable, responsive, honest immigration lawyer.

Excellent and honest Attorney!! I am glad to write something about Ted Huang, the best attorney ever. No matter what I say or how much I write, words would never truly describe the gratitude my family, and I feel towards Mr. Huang. My brother's I-601 (waiver on the ground(s) of ineligibility) case was very complex. It was a marriage fraud case. I contacted few attorney's and most of them were negative about the outcome of the case. Then I did some research online and did an appointment with Mr. Huang. Mr. Huang was very honest with me in the initial consultation. He explained me the pros and cons of the case and the possible outcome scenarios. He also explained me very well how he would proceed in case I prefer to select him to represent my brother’s case. He did everything from his part to win the case. I also noticed he personally handled all of my questions and the case matter. He did not use any assistant to handle the case. He personally responded all of my questions and concerns. He never showed disappointments about any of my concerns. There was an urgent need to provide few documents to him, he meet with me after hours and collected all documents and checked the correctness of those documents in front for me. This tells me how serious and personally involved he was in the case. My father was very sick during the case period. He used to find out about his health. After the case was approved, there was an issue with Embassy visa processing. He volunteered to help me on that issue which was not in the initial contract. My assessment on Mr. Huang is that he doesn’t work for money, he works for his client. His goal is to satisfy the client. Because of his hard work, our family reunion was possible, I would like to thank Mr. Huang on behalf of my whole family!
