Juan Armenta and his team, especially Gloria Fernandez guided me through the process of workman’s comp. This was an area that I was unfamiliar with and they explained the process and possibilities of various outcomes to me all along the way. This is not to say there were no frustrations or responsibilities on the part of the client. It is up to you to follow your case and keep the law firm apprised and reminded of what has recently transpired. It is a very long and complicated process and I’m grateful to have found a firm that helped me to navigate those muddy waters.

Good evening to everyone here. This is the first review that I’ve ever done in my life. I can honestly say that I am not a robot of any sort. I came to Mr. Armenta for help with my Workers Comp. case at the time which was a mess. My first lawyer’s office was a disaster. When I came to Mr. Armenta I had little to no hope. I took a leap of faith in Mr. Armenta to do everything in his power to fight for what I needed and was best for my well-being. Juan Armenta is an attorney that fully understands the clients rights and will be an advocate for them until the very end if necessary. My case was by no means considered high profile, but after first talking with Juan I was convinced I had a legitimate case, so decided to move forward with him on a contingency basis. If we lose we both we lose and I would not be charged any attorney fees; If we win the other party is responsible for all attorney fees. This I found to be unusual, as most attorneys do not wish to take the time unless they can win the lottery, so to speak. This level of integrity is compelling, something his clients will be grateful for. His assistant was also most helpful and courteous when he was not available. Juan Armenta is not one to mince words--he will tell you exactly how the process works and reasonably how long it will take--very professional. His vast experience deposing witnesses ultimately made the difference. In the end, we prevailed with our case and I must say sooner than perhaps expected. What was truly remarkable; I never actually met Mr. Armenta before, during or after the case was settled--all communication was done by phone or email. Someday I hope to meet Juan in person so I can look him straight in the eye and say "Thank you"!
